It is not possible to change the ringtone on Snom710 phones. Although, both from the phone and from the web interface, a ringtone other than the default one (Ringer1) is chosen when the phone rings, the Ringer1 ringtone always rings

    Hi,

    In such cases it may be that the phone is using a ringtone set by the PBX by sending al Alert-Info in the SIP header as detailed below

    Ringtone - Alert Info

    You can remove the priority to that ringtone by changing the parameter below

    alert_info_playback

    Or by working on the PBX to remove that header from the incoming SIP messages.
