Is it possible , for 7XX phones to have a centralized XML directory from a dedicated server ?

    Hi,

    Our 7xx series has been end of support for some time, but I'll describe what you can do with our D7xx

    These are the directories supported on our current desk phones Phone directories

    If you want something managed from a single server on all phones, you can provision the local directory on multiple phones, more details here Local Directory

    If you want a central server where the phones can fetch a file for the directory you can use the XML Minibrowser, as described here SnomIPPhoneDirectory (deprecated)

    The XML Minibrowser will allow you to reach the XML file from the phone and browse it, but that directory isn't searchable and you will not be able to see the name of the contact matching the number with incoming/outgoing calls
