Hello community,
The question is simple, and I can't find the answer: is it possible to disable the ability to mute DECT handsets for ringing? Thank you in advance for your feedback and knowledge.

    You can provision the pp_menu_hide_silent to off, as showed below

    Handset menu control via provisioning

    Hi,

    Thank you, I found it easier to update the M900 terminals to version 760 B400.

    Now when you open "Numbers" there is an option where it is possible to deactivate options on the handset display.
