i have an 320 with firmware 

snom320-SIP 8.7.5.35

how can i find the file for german language ?

    Hello,

    I bought 5 used Snom 320 telephones. Because I don't know the password, I downloaded the latest firmware using TFTP. Now the devices are in English and I can't change them. I found the instructions in the other post, but they don't work on my devices. Can you possibly write me instructions on which link or XML file I have to import where? Thank you.

      Hi,

      The Snom 320 is a very old phone and has been out of support for a long time, so we won't be able to fully debug this

      But please follow the first step "Small or individual installations.." from the article above from my colleague,

      In your case for Firmware versions 8.7.x: copy the URL "http://downloads.snom.com/config/settings_8.7.xml" into your phones setting_server parameter (setting_server)

    Hi,
    thank you very much for your help. I entered the URL from your post in the web interface in the “Setup -> Advanced -> Update -> Setting URL” field. Then I pressed Apply on rebbot. The update policy is set to “Update automatically”. Still, the phone is completely in English and I can't select another language. It would be nice if I could get help here again. Thanks.

    I woudl like to raise the older topic, because I have the same issue (SNOM 320 and SNOM 360).

    This does not solve the problem, because I still cannot switch to another language beside "English".
