To work properly with the 3CX PBX, all certified HD phones must first be updated to a specific firmware version otherwise, they will not be correctly recognized by the PBX.
The firmware update must be completed before provisioning the phone via 3CX.
You can perform the update with the following methods:
- Manually
- Via mass firmware update feature with the Snom Admin Tool (installer and pdf guide available here)
- SRAPS
