Lync, SfB Extension and PIN Authentication with the PA-1

Unfortunately Ext/PIN sign in is only supported via the phone user interface, (on all devices) - not via UC Webinterface (NTLM credentials and SIP address).

In case of PA1 assignment to a Common Area Account is not supported.

Please note: the web interface currently always expects NTLM data. It cannot differentiate alternative logons and there are no plans to support this feature.
