Increasing filesystem !!! READ FIRST !!! Key Information: We strongly encourage users with older software versions and affected devices to update to this version as soon as possible to ensure your device remains secure and up-to-date with the latest features and fixes. Chained Firmware Update Alternatively, you can use the chained firmware update method to ensure your phones will be able to update to future firmware versions. For this, you need to put together a combined download URL consisting of one of these ramdisk change updates snomD315-ramdisk-chained-update-r.bin and your target firmware version. E.g., if you want to update your D785 from version 10.1.169.x to firmware version 10.1.198.19 directly, you will need to provide the following chained firmware download link URL to the phone: The firmware update can either be initiated in the Web User Interface of the phone or via auto-provisioning. Support of Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (UK) and California IoT Security Law (SB-327) Snom increased the security requirements of all devices by enforcing to set passwords to support the legal requirements listed below. Please note that you cannot use a phone unless it has been configured with a password. For devices D1xx, D3xx, D7xx and D81x For devices D862 and D865 webserver_user_name The PhoneManager of D86x phones expects a password with state-of-the-art complexity. The password should contain small and capital letters, numbers, and special characters. This password complexity requirement does not apply to passwords that are set by provisioning. You can read more about SB-327 and PSTI regulations under the links.

Known issues and limitations:
The new Phone Manager (web user interface) is far advanced, esp. technically, compared to D1xx & D3xx & D7xx & D81x, but does not yet support the entire scope of options & features known from its predecessor series
→ Workaround: You can still access the predecessor web interface via http:// IP address of the phone:3112 (please note the http instead of http*s* and the port 3112). Please check the current value of the setting webservertype to be set to http_https or http for this workaround. Be aware of the missing security if unencrypted HTTP is used!
XQI-5065: Switching the Audio from the Handset to the Headset is sometimes not working while the Bluetooth Headset is connected. @D865
→ No workaround.
XQI-6608: There is no audio/speech path in the headset after the phone boots (Jabra). @D785
→ Changing the volume is required to bring back the audio.
XQI-6634: The password fields for the PM credentials are wrongly pre-filled in PUI setup wizard. @D86x
→ When the user enters the Phone Manager credentials submenu of the setup wizard, the admin and user password fields already contain a single char (represented by the masking character "*"). So it's necessary to delete the existing character to be able to set a known (working) password. If the user enters their password without removing the character, the entered password will not work.
