Problem
Sometimes calls / pages to the PA1 are not disconnected by the calling phone, because the user does not hang up the call. The pa1_call_timeout setting is set to 300 seconds (5 minutes) by default. Pages to the PA1, meanwhile an active page that has not been disconnected, will result in a failed page attempt until 300 seconds have elapsed.Â
Solution
You can modify the setting and set it to a lower value to disconnect calls in less than 300 seconds.
