If several employees share an office workstation, each employee can use a locally available IP telephone or a device connected externally via SBC (Session Border Controller) with its own extension number thanks to hot desking.
If an IP phone is not currently in use, no outgoing calls are possible (with the exception of emergency calls to predefined numbers).
PIN protection also prevents unwanted calls from being made.
