Echo during a conference call can be a problem. You can try to reduce the echo on the MeetingPoint by adjusting the mic gain during the call.
How to adjust the mic gain
During an active call press the "increase volume" key on the Meeting Point
This will activate the Speaker Volume screen and the Mic function key.
Press the Mic function key. This will activate the Microphone Gain screen.
Adjust the mic gain by pressing the left or right arrow keys to alleviate the echo on the call.
