Products & Services

Opennetworks' flagship service is the cloud-based PBX solution (VIPeX), which provides state-of-the-art PBX functionality on a manageable and business process-related way. The system can be connected to various CRM and ERP systems with API technology, and with a unique graphical user interface and call logic designer, the system's processes can be easily and precisely adapted to the company's sales, CRM and administration processes. We also offer a call center module to serve customer services. Opennetworks is a registered telecommunications provider with a full range of enterprise telecommunications services in addition to the developed cloud-based telecommunication solutions. Our product range also includes phone traffic services (including SIP trunks and worldwide DIDs).

We also offer a variety of end-user-appliances including IP phones and softphone solutions, for sale and also for rent. Representing the SNOM brand is an extremely important relationship for us because it ensures that we offer a range of modern, well-functioning and manageable IP phones - from basic to premium models -  to our customers together with our services.
