There is no wish that the IP phone system cannot fulfil with regard to functionality or user-friendliness. With the click of a mouse calls can be answered and redirected. For iPhone and Android-Smartphone users there are apps which allow increasing convergence of fixed and mobile networks. Even whilst on the move calls can be placed via the office number and contacts, call lists and personalised system preferences can be accessed at any time. Through serial interfaces UCware can be integrated into individual business processes, such as ERP systems and CRM applications. | Integration with SnomAs a Snom advanced interoperability partner, UCware supports auto provisioning of Snom devices. Personal preferences, such as BLF keys, call lists, telephone directories, ring tones and volume, are all centrally managed. Moreover, UCware features Snom telephones controlled via uaCSTA (User Agent Computer Supported Telecommunications Applications). The devices are controlled directly by the CTI software, which makes the use of headsets particularly comfortable. Call pickup, call routing and call connection/disconnection are manageable by software alone. The first manufacturer of IP communications solutions, UCware has now also integrated centralized provisioning of Snom’s M700 DECT multi-cell systems.
