This is valid for all Snom DECT handsets from the M-series: M25, M30, M65, M70, M80, M85 and M90
If you find an "X" icon on the top left of the handset's display, near the coverage bar icon, as below
This just means that the handset has some missed calls in the call list
To remove that "X", you just need to open the call list and scroll through all the missed calls: the "X" will disappear
