On the "Web Interface" → "Advanced Page" → "Network" / "Time", you have to specify a date/time server (e.g. 192.53.103.103) and timezone. The phone obviously needs to have IP connectivity to the time server and it will then fetch the time at the beginning, using the NTP protocol.
