With SRAPS, we offer multiple layers of setting provisioning to an endpoint (i.e. phone). These layers have different priorities, some of them will be overruled by others. Here is a matrix of the provisioning layers and their priorities:

1Product defaults3All endpoints of the selected phone model belonging to that specific company/site/branch for which their product defaults have been added.
2Provisioning Profiles2All endpoints which have that provisioning profile assigned. This layer overrules layer no. 1.
3Endpoint1Settings defined on an endpoint will only affect that endpoint. This layer has the highest priority and overrules all others.
