Note: The snom M80, M85, and all other snom DECT handsets are not resistant to disinfectants and cannot be treated according to the instructions in the cleaning guide.


  1. Only use disinfectants that are based on Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) or denatured ethanol up to a concentration of 85%. The use of incorrect disinfectants can damage the device. For details, please refer to our "Cleaning Guide" (see below).

  2. Never apply the cleaning agent directly to the handsets; always dampen a soft cloth and use that to clean the handset.
